Volumetric Auger Doser with Electronic Control of Auger Rotation

The rotating cup filler with VP51 is design for packing granular product.
It is a most economical and fast way on packing production, like sugar,
salt, peanut, beans, peas species, melon, seeds, tea leaves, coffee bean,
flummery, candy, cookies, plastic and chemical product.
The product sensor control the product level in the product hopper,
a set of cups made by suitable material, industrial plastic or SUS.
The cups can be changed or the volume by means of moving the bottom
plate to adjust the cup height. It is possible with check weight machine
with feed-back function to automatic adjust the cups volume.
All our VP51 machine can be equip with impulse device for packing most economical bag material like LDPE, HDPE, BOPP...etc.

• AISI 304 / 316 STAINLESS STEEL VERSION.
• Hermetic hopper in AISI 304 stainless steel, holding about 35 liters.
• Product level control sensor.
• Shutting off system at the end of dosing.
• Electrical installation with its own panel.
• PLC and touch display panel control system for setting the following data.
  • Operating frequency.
  • Motor acceleration and deceleration time.
  • Storage of menus referring to different product and different weights of the same product.
• Machined worm screw doser, controlled by a special motor that electronically allows the use of
  acceleration and deceleration ramps with which it is possible to abruptly stop the screw, thus
  guaranteeing dosing precision.
• 200 steps per revolution encoder giving an 1.8 degree definition of driving axle rotation.
• Maintenance is almost non-existent as there are no brushes or clutch-brake on this particular motor.
  Moreover, as there are no magnets on the rotor, the inertia exerted on the latter is reduced.
• Thanks to the extremely high mechanical efficiency, with high torque even if revs are slow, this doser
  is particularly suitable for difficult to handle products such as cocoa powder, powdered milk, etc.
• It is possible to work at high speeds since there are non stopping or start problems, even if the motor
  is made to run at 1500 revs/min.
• As an option the system can be connected to an external computer using a RS232 serial interface.
• Functions recall by using touch display panel, possibility of memorizing 9 menus and relative data for
  9 different production.
